Conditions for sweepstake participation  (LinkedIn, Instagram)

1. The competition is carried out by neylux GmbH, Färbergraben 10, 80331 Munich, Germany, represented by Henner Fleischmann and Siegfried Krause.
2. This promotion is not affiliated with Instagram/LinkedIn and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram/LinkedIn. The recipient of the information you provide is not Instagram, but the promoter. The information provided will be used solely for this sweepstakes.
3. Any natural person 14 years of age or older is eligible to participate. Employees of neylux GmbH are excluded from participation.
4. To participate in the sweepstakes, the participant must visit the Instagram/LinkedIn page @neyluxcom or @neyluxgmbh, follow the channel, like the sweepstakes post and comment with an estimate of the number of planes.
5. The sweepstakes will start on 28/06/2023 at 9:30am and end on 28/06/2023 at 4:30pm German time.
6. In total, across all platforms, only one guess may be submitted per person. If multiple guesses are submitted, the one that was submitted first counts. This does not increase the chances of winning.
7. You must have guessed the correct number within the entry period to qualify to win. If there are more than three people with the correct guess of the number, three winners will be randomly selected from all the people who guessed the correct number in the given time. The winners will be notified by private message via Instagram/LinkedIn. The winners must provide either an email address or mobile phone number, with which the voucher will be created and sent.
8. The data provided will be used exclusively for sending the prize. The user can request information about his data stored by us at any time.
9. If no email address or mobile phone number of the winner is provided within one week after the notification of the winner, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. In this case a new winner will be selected and notified.
10. If the correct number is not guessed by three people, the winner will be the person whose guess is closest (maximum three people in total).
11. There are 3x Amazon vouchers worth 50€ to be won.
12. The prize is not transferable, nor can the prize be exchanged or paid out in cash.
13. By following the steps described in point 4, you confirm your participation in the competition and accept the privacy and participation conditions. By doing so, the participant also agrees that in case of a win his/her user name of the respective platform will be published on our channel of the respective platform.
14. We reserve the right to shorten, change or even completely cancel the competition at any time due to exceptional circumstances. We reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition.
15. No liability will be accepted for loss of data, in particular in the course of data transmission and other technical defects.
16. The legal process is excluded.
